From raw material to delivered order, in one system

Factories run on timing: materials arriving, lines running, orders shipping. When that timing lives in spreadsheets and phone calls, money leaks at every handover. We connect purchasing, stores, production, quality and sales into one system that shows the factory as it is right now.

An example system on sample data, the way we would set it up for manufacturing & industry.

What we hear, and what we set up instead.

The same problems come up in almost every first conversation in this sector. Each one becomes a step that runs on its own.

What we hear

  • Raw-material stock that is never quite what the system says
  • Production plans changed by phone and never recorded
  • Quality checks on paper that cannot be traced
  • Management seeing last month’s numbers

What runs itself

  • Purchase request raised when a material drops below its reorder point
  • Production output posted to stock at the end of each shift
  • Quality failure alert to the plant manager’s phone
  • Daily output, waste and downtime report at 7:00

The systems we build.

Each one works on its own and all of them share one database, so a record entered once is right everywhere.

  • 01

    Production planning

Orders turned into production plans by line and shift, with material requirements calculated automatically.

  • 02

    Stores and raw materials

Receiving, batches, issue to production and reorder points, across warehouses.

  • 03

    Quality and traceability

Inspection checklists on tablets, batch genealogy and certificates on demand.

  • 04

    Maintenance

Planned maintenance, breakdown tickets and spare-part stock for every machine.

Connected to what you already use.

We connect to the systems you keep, instead of asking you to replace them. Data moves both ways, securely, and every exchange is logged.

Questions, answered straight.

Anything else? Ask us directly: we reply within one working day.

Ask a question
Can the system track batches for export customers?

Yes. Every batch can be traced from raw material to customer, with quality records attached, which export buyers and auditors increasingly ask for.

Do workers need computers on the factory floor?

No. Shift output, quality checks and maintenance tickets are recorded on tablets or phones, in Amharic if preferred.

Bring us the work that slows you down.
