An institution’s record, and the workspace behind it
Before
- Six years of programmes scattered across social posts and photo folders; enquiries in a personal inbox.
After
- A dated record of every programme with a regional impact map, and a staff workspace holding enquiries and the team’s domain mail.
- programmes documented, each with its date and place
- photographs organised into a searchable archive
- domain mailboxes inside the staff workspace
The situation
Team Paragon has trained ministries, banks, NGOs, schools and community leaders across Ethiopia since 2020. The work was large, but it lived in social posts and photo folders, and a new client had no quick way to see how much had been done, where, and for whom.
What we built
A website that treats the record as the proof. Every programme became a dated entry with its place and photographs, and together they feed an impact section with a regional map and a timeline. Services, the founder’s story and the team’s writing sit on top of that evidence.
Behind the site, the team got its own workspace. Website enquiries arrive there instead of a personal inbox, and the organisation’s five addresses on its own domain are read and answered in the same place, with spam checks and a daily backup.
Details that matter
- Pages are static and served from the edge, so the photo-heavy site opens quickly on a phone.
- Every number on the site comes from the programme record.
- Staff sign in with stretched passwords and expiring sessions; the public site never touches the workspace.
