The situation
Registration on paper, fees matched to bank slips by hand, results retyped from spreadsheets.
What we built
A school group moved admissions, fees, attendance and results online, with a portal for parents. It was delivered in phases, each one in use before the next began: admissions, fees and payments, attendance and results and parent portal.
How it connects
It works with the tools the organisation already relies on: Bank and mobile-money payments, SMS and Learning platform. Staff were trained in their own language, and every action in the system is recorded with who did it and when.
Where it stands
Online admissions, fees matched automatically to each student, attendance and results in one place, parents informed by message.
