Before
- Drivers called for every update; delivery notes on paper; fuel costs nobody could explain.
After
- Live status for every vehicle and shipment, proof of delivery with photo and signature, fuel and service tracked per truck.
The situation
Drivers called for every update; delivery notes on paper; fuel costs nobody could explain.
What we built
A logistics company replaced phone-call dispatch with live tracking, a driver app with proof of delivery, and fuel and maintenance control. It was delivered in phases, each one in use before the next began: dispatch and tracking, driver app, fuel and maintenance and customer tracking portal.
How it connects
It works with the tools the organisation already relies on: GPS trackers, Fuel cards, Accounting and Customer SMS. Staff were trained in their own language, and every action in the system is recorded with who did it and when.
Where it stands
Live status for every vehicle and shipment, proof of delivery with photo and signature, fuel and service tracked per truck.
