The situation
Raw-material stock nobody trusted, plans changed by phone, quality checks on paper.
What we built
A beverage manufacturer connected stores, production lines, quality checks and maintenance, with a live view of output for management. It was delivered in phases, each one in use before the next began: production planning, stores and raw materials, quality and batch traceability and maintenance.
How it connects
It works with the tools the organisation already relies on: Accounting, Scales and scanners and Distributor orders. Staff were trained in their own language, and every action in the system is recorded with who did it and when.
Where it stands
Materials, lines, quality and maintenance in one system, with shift output posted automatically and traced by batch.
